Industrial Cleaner /Baler Operator

Texas Tissue Converting LLC is currently hiring Industrial Cleaners to support production line efficiency by controlling tissue paper dust build up and to perform light quality control by discarding waste paper into a bale machine.

Duties may include

Manually pull, load into bins and discard waste paper into bale machine. Run compactor. This is repetitive and fast pace process.
Housekeeping from cleaning floor and emptying trash containers throughout warehouse.
Clean parking lot areas by picking up trash.
May use floor scraper to clean floors.
May assist in line production as needed

What type environment can I expect to work in?

This is a non-climate controlled indoor Manufacturing facility.
This role will have you working around machinery that produces dust.
On the manufacturing floor, you will always be required to wear PPE. (Steel Toe Shoes and Safety Glasses) – You will need to supply your own Safety Shoes.
Dress attire should be comfortable but professional – Clean Jeans or work pants and a t-shirt.
Bends, stoops, twists, turns, stands or walks, need to reach, pull, and push materials with both arms/hands needing about 20-30 lbs. of force, hand dexterity/finger movement to operate machinery, may pack items weighing 6-25 lbs.

Preferred Experience/Background

Previous experience in manufacturing environment.
Any mechanical troubleshooting experience and knowledge of basic hand tools.
Willing and able to work in an environment which could require bending, reaching, pulling, pushing, lifting, for at least 12 hours a day.
Ability speaking clearly, seeing near/far, depth perception.
Willing and able to maintain a strict adherence to safety rules and regulations to include wearing safety equipment.

Work Schedule/Pay Rate Sunday-Saturday / 12 Hour Rotational Shifts

All employees must be available to work 12 hours and available for overtime in case of fill ins, training or other business-related needs.

Rotating 12 hour Shifts 6-6:30 — 2 Days on/ 2 Days Off/ 3 Days On/ 2 Days off/2 Days on/3 Days Off (Every other Weekend off)

Administrative Assistant – Logistics / Supply Chain

Job Responsibility

  • Track Shipments update the “Weekly Log” and report to inform customers.
  • Perform the export license filing through AES and/or ISF Form.
  • Arranging custom clearance/importation handling for all import shipments to USA
  • Issuing documentation (BL).
  • No show email report and contact carriers for reschedule based on availability.
  • Excel data entry based on the information already received from trucking companies.

Electro/Mechanical Technician

We are seeking an Electro/Mechanical Technician to become a part of TEXAS TISSUE CONVERTING LLC’S team!

Responsibilities and Duties May Include but is not limited to:

  • Safely operate highly technical paper converting machinery to run quality tissue and paper products.
  • Operate equipment through computer panel board and mechanical equipment that may include cutting, wrapping, palletizing and conveyor type equipment to perform various tasks which include roll diameters and lengths, perforation lengths, and cutting functions as it relates to precision paper converting.
  • Train and assist in operation of console and controls of paper converting equipment
  • Perform troubleshooting quality checks on product and wrapping at various critical points in process
  • Assist with equipment set up, changeovers, adjustments and operation of console
  • Adhere to safety policies and procedures
  • Move materials to and from storage or production areas, by using fork trucks with forks and other attachments as needed.
  • Maintain product levels using mechanical, electrical and electronic knowledge to successfully complete necessary action in and effective manner.
  • Maintain safe work environment through continuous housekeeping.
  • Bi Lingual preferred

Preferred Experience/Background

  • 2-4 years previous experience in manufacturing, mechanical, electronics, PLC and HMI.
  • Interface professionally with associates and management.
  • Electronics Engineering Technology or Mechatronic Technician degrees preferred

  • Monday Sunday – 12 Hour Rotating Shifts – 3 Days on/ 2 Days Off/ 2 Days On/ 3 Days off.
  • All employees will be required to be available to work 12 hours a day in case of call outs or other business-related needs. Specific shift not guarantee, it will be based on business needs.
