Administrative Assistant – Logistics / Supply Chain
Job Responsibility
- Track Shipments update the “Weekly Log” and report to inform customers.
- Perform the export license filing through AES and/or ISF Form.
- Arranging custom clearance/importation handling for all import shipments to USA
- Issuing documentation (BL).
- No show email report and contact carriers for reschedule based on availability.
- Excel data entry based on the information already received from trucking companies.
- Generate the following documents:
- CARICOM Invoice (if required)
- Packing-List
- Update existing data / Reports
- Maintaining files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.
- General office administrative duties
- General Journal Entries
- File Correspondence
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- Strong Communication Skill
- Attention to Detail
- Teamwork Knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
- 2-4 Years of experience in Admin position
- Organizational Skills
