Administrative Assistant – Logistics / Supply Chain

Job Responsibility

  • Track Shipments update the “Weekly Log” and report to inform customers.
  • Perform the export license filing through AES and/or ISF Form.
  • Arranging custom clearance/importation handling for all import shipments to USA
  • Issuing documentation (BL).
  • No show email report and contact carriers for reschedule based on availability.
  • Excel data entry based on the information already received from trucking companies.
  • Generate the following documents:
  • CARICOM Invoice (if required)
  • Packing-List
  • Update existing data / Reports
  • Maintaining files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.
  • General office administrative duties
  • General Journal Entries
  • File Correspondence

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • Strong Communication Skill
  • Attention to Detail
  • Teamwork Knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
  • 2-4 Years of experience in Admin position
  • Organizational Skills
